Shipping Methods and Costs

The shipping costs depend on the size of the order and the selected shipping method and are automatically added to the total amount of your order. You can see the applicable shipping costs in your shopping cart before confirming your order.

We offer free shipping within Finland via Posti Small parcel for orders over €35. For orders under €35, the shipping cost for Posti Small parcel within Finland is €3.90. Other shipping costs depend on the selected shipping method.

We dispatch orders within three business days.* You will usually receive an email notification regarding the shipment. Posti estimates the delivery time for Pikkupaketti at 2–5 business days, but actual delivery times within Finland may occasionally be longer, especially when shipping from smaller localities. If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please contact us at info@fabpatch.com. Any exceptions to the estimated delivery times will be communicated separately.

*In exceptional circumstances, related restrictions or regulations may cause delays in deliveries. However, we always do our best to ensure that all orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. You will receive an email notification when your order has left our warehouse.
