FabPatch Ltd. sells products to private individuals aged 18 and over in Finland. All product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions currently in force are available on our website. By using our online store, the customer accepts any changes made to these terms and conditions.
Ordering
Products are ordered on the FabPatch™ online store at fabpatch.com by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart at checkout.
The minimum order quantity for FabPatch™ patches for consumer customers is 1 package.
An order confirmation will be sent automatically to your email. Please check carefully that your personal details are correct, especially your phone number, email address and delivery address.
Payment methods
The payment service is provided by Paytrail Plc (Business ID: 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.
Paytrail Plc will appear as the recipient of the payment on your bank statement or card invoice and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc is authorised as a payment institution.
In the event of any complaints, we kindly ask you to contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.

Delivery method and costs
The shipping costs for an order depend on the size of the shipment and the delivery method selected. Shipping costs are automatically added to the total order amount. You can view the applicable shipping costs in your shopping cart before confirming your order.
We offer free delivery within Finland via Posti Economy Letter for orders over €35 and within EU (outside Finland) via DHL Global Priority Letter orders over €35. For orders under €35, the shipping cost within Finland by Economy Letter is €2.50. Other shipping costs are determined according to the selected delivery method.
Orders are dispatched within three business days*. In most cases, you will receive a shipping notification by email. Posti estimates the delivery time for Economy Letters to be 4–5 business days; however, in practice, letter mail within Finland often takes longer, especially when dispatched from smaller towns.

Any exceptions to the stated delivery times will be communicated separately.
*In exceptional circumstances, related regulations or restrictions may cause delivery delays. However, we always do our best to ensure that all orders are shipped as quickly as possible. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Exchange and return rights
In accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any specific reason.

The consumer is responsible for any return shipping costs incurred when exercising the right of withdrawal. If the return is due to a defective product or a shipping error, the return shipping costs will be covered by FabPatch Ltd.
The right of return applies only to unopened packages.
Product Inspection
Please inspect the product before use. A fault-free product is delivered in intact packaging and should be clean, smooth and free from creases. If the product has been used or washed, determining the cause of a potential defect may become more difficult.
Returns, Complaints and Product Exchanges
If you wish to return a product, if the product is defective, or if the delivered product differs from what was ordered, please contact our customer service as soon as possible by email at info@fabpatch.com.
In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, while FabPatch Ltd. will cover the shipping cost of the replacement product on one occasion. If a suitable replacement product is not available in the online store at that time, the matter will be handled as a standard product return.

If you discover a defect in a product or an error in delivery, please notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue by email at info@fabpatch.com.
If the shipment has been damaged during transport, we also ask that you file a claim with the carrier as soon as possible.
We comply with all applicable consumer protection legislation. We aim to resolve any disputes concerning your order through negotiation in the first instance, and therefore kindly ask you to contact our customer service to discuss the matter.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before submitting a case to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advisory Services of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (www.kkv.fi/en/consumer-advice).
Limitation of Liability
FabPatch Ltd. is liable for defects in goods in accordance with the mandatory provisions of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act relating to seller liability for defects.
FabPatch Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or other damages related to an order, delivery or product, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory provisions of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act or other applicable mandatory legislation.
