FabPatch Oy (business ID 2934831-8), Kirkkokatu 17 B 15, 90100 Oulu sells products to adults in Finland. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change the delivery terms. The current delivery terms can be viewed on our website. The customer accepts the changes when using our online store.
Ordering
Products are ordered on the online store's website by placing them in the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the checkout.
The minimum order quantity for Vaatelaastari® places is 1 package for consumer customers.
An order confirmation will be automatically sent to your email. Please check carefully that your information is correct – especially your phone number and email address.

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as a payment intermediary service provider and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license.

Delivery method and costs
The shipping costs for your order depend on the size of the order and the selected shipping method and are automatically added to the total amount of your order. You can see the shipping costs for your order in your shopping cart before you accept the order.
Free shipping to Finland via Posti in a Priority envelope for orders over €30. Shipping cost to Finland in a Priority envelope for orders under €30 is €2.20.
We will ship your order within three business days*. You will usually receive a notification of shipment via email. Posti estimates the delivery time to be four business days, but in reality, letter mail in Finland usually takes longer, especially when sent from a smaller location. If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please contact us at info@fabpatch.com. Any exceptions to delivery times will be notified separately. For now, we only ship to Finland. Some of our retailers also ship outside Finland.
*In exceptional circumstances, related regulations may cause delays in deliveries, but we always do our best to ensure that all orders are delivered as quickly as possible. You will be notified by email when your order has left the warehouse.
Exchange and return rights
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for the product. The product also has a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. In the event of a return, please always contact us as soon as possible by email at info@fabpatch.com, or by calling 020 7411 777. Customer return
Always check the product you ordered before use. A flawless product has an intact bag and a wrinkle-free patch. If you have used or washed the product, it is difficult to say why a possible defect has occurred in the product.

Product exchange

In the event of an exchange, you will pay the costs of returning the product and FabPatch Oy will pay the shipping costs of the new product once. If a replacement product is not available in the online store at that time, the situation will be handled in the same way as a customer return.

If the product is lost or damaged during shipping or otherwise does not match your order, you must notify us of the error within 30 days at info@fabpatch.com. If the package is damaged in the mail, you must immediately file a complaint with the mail.
We comply with the Consumer Protection Act in all our operations. We strive to resolve any disputes regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our customer service to arrange the matter.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before referring the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the local registry office's consumer advice service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
FabPatch Oy is liable for defects in the goods based on the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act on liability for defects. FabPatch Oy is not liable for any indirect, direct or other damage related to the order, delivery or product or any of the above, except to the extent that a mandatory provision in the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law has stipulated otherwise with respect to the damage in question.
